Sugarloaf records 100 inches of snow so far!
The new snow comes on the heels of one of the best Decembers in recent history, including a nearly perfect Christmas holiday week. “Skiing and riding play a huge part in making tourism a year round force in Maine’s economy,” said Frank Guerriero, Sugarloaf director of marketing. “Snowfall like this puts Maine skiing and riding in the spotlight as a premiere winter destination. As a result, we’re seeing great numbers of skiers and riders from throughout New England and Canada.”
